Designed and executed a high-impact holiday window activation for The North Face’s flagship Fifth Avenue location, centered on an exploded duffel bag concept featuring authentic North Face product. The installation used custom structural design to create the illusion of gear floating into the bag, transforming the storefront into a dynamic, immersive brand moment. The activation blended brand storytelling, spatial design, and visual spectacle to highlight performance, durability, and adventure—driving foot traffic and elevating The North Face’s retail experience during peak holiday season.
